As an alum, you are vital to the success of Washington University School of Medicine — both now and in the future. However you choose to be involved, contributing your time and knowledge not only keeps you connected to the School of Medicine, but also keeps our community vibrant and strong.
How you can make a difference
HOSTS program mentorship
As a much-needed mentor, you can provide invaluable guidance to current MD students — whether they’re just beginning their medical education or in their final year seeking the right residency match. The Helping Our Students to Succeed (HOSTS) program creates links between students and alumni by providing opportunities for students to stay with alumni during residency interviews, find a preceptorship in an alum’s medical practice and much more.
Students who are interested in advice, assistance or mentorship, and alumni who would like to volunteer their expertise should contact the Medical Advancement office at 314-935-9713 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Washington University Medical Center Alumni Association (WUMCAA) connects a global community of alumni to the School of Medicine and to each other.
To learn more about volunteering with WUMCAA, please contact Medical Advancement at 314-935-9713 or email@example.com.
