Parking:
Parking is first-come, first served in the South Parking Lot at the Saint Louis Zoo. It is recommended that guests park in the south parking lot for easiest access to the event space.

Weather Policy:
Wild Lights is a rain or shine event. If the Saint Louis Zoo should cancel the event, guests will be notified by the email used at registration of the cancellation and refunded ticket costs.

Tickets are nonrefundable after registration. Tickets are only refundable in the event that the Saint Louis Zoo cancels the Wild Lights scheduled for Dec. 6.
